How to Add a Signature to Hotmail e-mails Using MSN

Do you want to add catchy signatures to your emails when you send them out from your MSN/Hotmail account?
If the answer is yes, here is a step-by step guide to add it. The entire procedure will only take a few minutes and you can have your very own email signature.
1.Log into your MSN email account with a valid username and password. Once you log in, you will be taken to a new browser window.
2. In the new page just below the “Sign out” button you will find the “Options” button, click on it and then look out for the “more options” link. You will be taken to the “Hotmail Options” where you can completely customize your hotmail account.
3. Scroll down to where it says “Customize your email” (if you can’t find it, use the Search function in your browser). Click on the fourth link that says “Personal e-mail signature” — here where you  have all your personal email settings.
4. Now you can add your very own personalized signature to all the emails you send out. The email signature can include links to your website, a short funny quote, or maybe your contact details among other things.
5. Keep in mind: if you want to add your website’s address to your email signature, all you have to do is copy the Full URL. Make sure you include the http:// portion in the website address or else people will not be directed to your website even if they click on the link. As said above, you can insert your company logo with your email signature (brand recognition). Some quotes are not appropriate for corporate emails so keep that in mind.
6. Position the email signature at the middle section so that it is legible to the readers. If you are adding the website address of your company make sure you mention it beside the link so that the users will know where they are going.
This is exactly how you can add personalized email signatures to your MSN email account. Did it work for you?
